Combined Construction and Operating License (COL)
Summary: Of sixteen COL applications submitted, ten have been docketed for NRC review. A total of twenty power companies, of which two remain unidentified, intend to submit 23 license applications for 34 units. With Luminant's license submittal, the Reference COL (R-COL) application has now been submitted for all five reactor designs. No COLs have been issued to date.
