  • On December 13, 2007 Duke Power submitted a COL application for 2 AP 1000 reactors at William Lee.
  • MidAmerican announced plans on December 13 to submit a COLA for a plant in Boise, Idaho in late 2008.
  • On December 11, AREVA filed for Design Certification of their Evolutionary Power Reactor (EPR).
  • On December 11, Exelon signed a forging order with GE-Hitachi for two ESBWRs.
  • On November 29, NRC docketed STP Nuclear Operating Company's COL application for two ABWRs at the South Texas Project site.
  • On November 28, Dominion submitted a COL application for one ESBWR at North Anna.
  • On November 28, NRC issued an ESP for North Anna (1 ESBWR)
