Overview
The Office of Facilities Management manages programs to maintain nuclear research facilities at the Idaho National Laboratory (INL) that are required to help meet the nation’s strategic needs in energy and national security. It is part of the Department of Energy’s Office of Nuclear Energy (NE).
Programs such as Idaho Facilities Management and Idaho Site-Wide Safeguards and Security ensure the safety, operability, security and environmental compliance of these facilities, and makes them available to researchers from government, industry and academia.
