The International Framework for Nuclear Energy Cooperation (IFNEC) Steering Group will hold its next meeting on May 18-19, 2011, in Jeju Island, Republic of Korea

The International Framework for Nuclear Energy Cooperation (IFNEC) is scheduled to hold its next Steering Group Meeting on May 18-19, in Jeju Island, Republic of Korea. Representatives from IFNEC participant and observer countries and IFNEC observer organizations will discuss progress made to date by the IFNEC working groups, follow-up actions to the 2010 IFNEC Executive Committee Meeting in Jordan, including development of proposals related to the financing of nuclear projects, status of interactions with external entities, and preparations for the 2011 IFNEC Executive Committee Meeting to be hosted and chaired by Poland in Warsaw September 29.
